Contracts Manager

Carron Connected is searching for a Contracts Manager to join our client, a high-end joinery manufacturer based in Northern Ireland.

As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee the delivery of projects in London from concept to completion, serving as the point of contact for clients, contractors and the design & manufacturing team throughout the lifecycle of the fit out.

What You'll Do:

• Manage joinery and fit-out projects from initial brief through to installation and client handover.
• Work closely with in-house design and manufacturing teams to ensure all projects are accurately produced to specification and aligned with deadlines.
• Oversee all site-based fit out activities, managing subcontractors, installation teams, and logistics for timely delivery and assembly.
• Monitor project budgets and procurement schedules.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and client updates.

Requirements What You'll Need:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contracts Manager in the joinery & fit-out industry.
