  • Quality assurance: Work closely with the quality control team to ensure developments consistently meet Shanly Homes' exacting standards
  • Cost control: Partner with the Commercial team to monitor expenditure, manage variations, and ensure developments remain within budget
  • Health, safety & compliance: Maintain full compliance with relevant legislation and company standards, ensuring a safe and well-managed site environment
  • Leadership: Provide clear direction and support to site teams, driving performance, supporting development, and contributing to recruitment and retention across your projects
What you'll bring

We are a design-led housebuilder with a strong focus on quality and detail. Experience of delivering high specification residential developments is essential.

  • Confident ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • SMSTS qualification (essential)
  • Construction-related degree or NVQ Level 5/6, or equivalent experience
What we offer
  • Competitive salary and car allowance
  • Discretionary annual and long-term bonus scheme
  • Enhanced pension scheme (salary sacrifice)
