Contracts Manager

We are working with a well-established and growing organisation within the construction sector who are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on time, and within budget. This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination, communication, and compliance knowledge across site operations.

• Manage and oversee construction contracts across multiple sites

• Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards

• Maintain full compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and wider health & safety legislation

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Conduct site visits, progress reviews, and risk assessments

• Support continuous improvement in operational and safety performance

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role within construction (minimum 1-2 years)

• Strong working knowledge of CDM (Construction Design and Management) Regulations 2015

• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Full UK driving licence

• Salary up to £60,000
