The role>

As contracts manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple fit out and refurbishment projects from pre construction through to handover. You'll manage programmes, budgets, and site teams while ensuring work is delivered safely and to the highest standard. This is a hands on role within a tight knit team that takes pride in building long term client relationships and delivering projects they can be proud of.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple fit out and refurbishment projects across commercial, education, and leisure sectors
• Lead and support site teams to ensure safety, quality, programme targets are achieved
• Oversee project financial, procurement, and client reporting.
• Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain the company's reputation for quality workmanship and reliability

About you

• Proven experience as a contracts manager (or senior project manager) within the fit out or interior sector
• Strong mechanical understanding and commercial awareness
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills>
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain client satisfaction
• Based in the northwest, with flexibility to travel to sites across the region.
