The Role

We are partnering with a leading fit out and refurbishment contractor who are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their high-performing team. You will

• Review tender and contract documentation, develop construction programmes, and coordinate information release schedules.
• Lead site mobilisation, manage approved subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health & safety and programme requirements.
• Liaise closely with Quantity Surveyors and Site Managers to maintain control of cost, quality, and project delivery.
• Monitor live projects through inspections, meetings, progress reporting, and client engagement to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee snagging processes and manage all handover documentation, including H&S and O&M records.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within construction or fit-out.
• Strong working knowledge of JCT and D&B contracts.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
