Contracts Manager

Salary: £80,000 + Package

We're currently looking for a Contracts Manager to work on multiple projects up to £30 million on behalf of a large, successful developer working on various projects around the Reading and Crawley area.

You will be running up to three projects at any one time, with each one being over £1 million. Our client offers excellent progression and a permanent position, which is a newly created role illustrating the growth of the company.

The successful Contracts Manager will be based in London/Surrey and will have experience in the procurement of construction/infrastructure maintenance/soft and hard business/building services subcontracts and materials.

Key responsibilities include:

• Being a fully committed team worker who is able to communicate and implement procurement policy and process throughout the organisation.
• Being delivery-focused, with the ability to organise, take ownership of problems and ensure effective solutions.
