Contracts Manager

This traditional main contractor is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

The company has a turnover exceeding £40M, specializing in construction projects ranging from £50K to £5M, including both refurbishment and new build sectors.

They undertake projects across various sectors such as commercial, educational, health, sports, and leisure.

Although the company has a rich history and considerable experience, it is forward-thinking, continually striving for improvement through innovation and refinement. It is delivery-focused and values successful project completion.

The ideal Contracts Manager will manage two to four projects simultaneously, varying in size and complexity.

Responsibilities include regular site visits to monitor program and progress, quality standards, safety management, record accuracy, efficiency, security, use of plant and materials, subcontractor and labor management, and maintaining the company's image.

The candidate should be organized, self-motivated, aligned with the company's values, and ambitious to succeed.
