This position would suit either a Site Manager working for a housing developer that builds using timber frame or an individual who is working for a timber frame manufacturer in a site-based position. This client has a strong training and development programme with plenty of opportunities for career advancement.

About you:

• Knowledge of working with timber frames
• Previous experience as Site Manager, housebuilding/main contractor .
• Ability to recruit, lead and develop a team .
• Ability to assess scaffolding design and build to current legislative standards .
• Valid CSCS card , SMSTS .
• Full UK Driving License .
• IT / Microsoft Office literate
