Location: Northampton -Covering the Northamptonshire area
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours:40 hours a week -can be flexible on start/finish times

About the role

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager within the softlandscaping sector seeking a new opportunity that promises careergrowth, a supportive working atmosphere, and the chance to leverageestablished client relationships and stable projects?

Working with the UK's Grounds Maintenance and Landscapingprovider, we are in search of an experienced Contracts Manager tolead our high-profile contracts across the South West regions. Inthis pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing theday-to-day operations of the contract(s), ensuring contractperformance, successful delivery of objectives, fostering clientrelationships, effective people management, health and safetycompliance, and optimal financial performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as part of a ManagementTeam in the grounds maintenance, landscaping or constructionindustry
  • Adept at navigating complexsituations and conveying information clearly, ensuring effectiveteamwork and client satisfaction.
  • In-depthknowledge of financial modeling to optimise resource allocation anddrive operational efficiency in high-spec serviceenvironments.
  • Full clean drivinglicense
