Contracts Manager - Flooring/Tiling experience required

CONTRACTS MANAGER - CONNAUGHT

Location: Galway / Projects Throughout Connaught
Company: Specialist Subcontractor to Tier 1 & Tier 2 Contractors

INFORM3 are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established specialist contractor delivering multiple projects across Connaught.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing 8-10 live sites, working closely with main contractors and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

THE ROLE

• Manage multiple projects across Connaught
• Oversee 8-10 live sites
• Manage subcontractors, site teams and suppliers
• Liaise with Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors
• Monitor programme, quality, costs and progress
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates
• Manage procurement, materials and resources
• Ensure H&S and quality standards are maintained
• Resolve issues and ensure projects are delivered on time

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years' experience in a Contracts Manager / Senior Site Management role
• Strong experience working across multiple construction projects
• Experience working with Tier 1 / Tier 2 contractors
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong commercial and project management ability
• Flooring or tiling experience would be highly beneficial
• Full clean driving licence
