Overview

Contracts Lawyer needed in Oxford

The rate is £50.00ph PAYE. This is a temporary role. Reference number: 462419.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will carry their own caseload, largely unsupervised, and be responsible for completing all aspects of the task in accordance with good legal practice and client service specification.
They will undertake negotiations to protect and further the objectives and, where necessary, undertake litigation and advocacy in the courts, tribunals, statutory appeals and inquiries.
