Job Description

Contracts Lawyer needed in Northampton Paying £25.08 per hr ref

Full time hours on a temporarybasis

Key Responsibilities
- Advise on and draft contracts for goods, services, and complex projects in collaboration with the procurement team.
- Manage a varied caseload including frameworks, call-off contracts, bespoke drafting, and concession agreements.
- Provide legal support on public health contracts, grant funding agreements, and subsidy control.
- Offer general contractual advice and contribute to the development of procurement policies and procedures.
- Support and supervise Paralegals and Legal Assistants as needed.
