Are you a Civil/Structural Engineer or Building Surveyor looking to step into a senior role with an established basement contractor offering training on pricing and building projects, progression to CEO/Director level and a performance bonus to boost your income surplus of £100,000?
This company specialises in basement construction, working on a diverse portfolio of residential projects in and around London. It has a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for technical excellence, providing a dynamic environment with genuine opportunities for progression.

The role is client facing, involving regular site visits to assess projects and build strong relationships with clients and homeowners. You will confidently explain technical solutions and clearly present project scope and pricing, and will be responsible for preparing and presenting accurate, well structured quotations.

Responsibilities

• Site visits building strong relationships with clients
• Prepare accurate tender proposals and explain the quotation
• Training on building basements and pricing projects
• Mon Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Performance bonus scheme - OTE £100,000

Qualifications and attributes

• Structural/Civil Engineer or Building Surveyor
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Commutable to Watford and willing to visit sites around London and the Home Counties
