Contracts and Quality Assurance Manager G14

Service background

The Children, Young People, Education and Health (CYPE+H) Integrated Commissioning Team is looking to recruit two posts: one Commissioning and Contracts Officer and one Contracts and Quality Assurance Manager. These roles will support the wider team in delivering best value commissioning across early years, education, early help, SEND, and children's social care.

The CYPE+H Integrated Commissioning Team handles strategic commissioning, transformation, and procurement of children's services (rated good by Ofsted), ensuring alignment with the Council's strategic aims for children and young people in the borough.

Aligned with the Mayor's Business Plan (), the service manages a portfolio of projects valued at approximately £230m. These roles will uphold the highest standards of commercial and professional excellence, ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and delivering best value for Croydon's residents.

Innovation, drive, and resilience are essential skills for these roles, ensuring Croydon remains at the forefront of commissioning practice and transformation nationally.
