We are currently hiring a highly motivated individual to provide an efficient administrative service, supporting and maintaining good relations with new and returning clients within the Consultancy Support Services Team.
What will you be doing?
As a Contract Manager for the BES Group you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of administrative duties for the team. This includes:
Managing the end to end contract process which includes issuing quotes, reviewing invoices and resolving customer queries.
Effectively planning inspections for our engineers and clients.
Creating purchase orders and ensuring that the billing and invoicing process is accurate.
Managing queries in the mailboxes.
You will become a recognised expert in applying best practice across all core tasks and business areas that you support.
You will interpret, calculate and analyse information provided by clients and colleagues
The role will also be responsible for working closely with the Head Office Engineers, Field Engineers and the Strategic Pricing Team.
As part of our team, you will get:

Strong administration and customer service skills with proven experience resolving queries
Previous experience working in a changing environment and the ability to adapt priorities as needed
Experience working with internal and external customers and stakeholders
Experience adding data onto computer systems, ideally a CRM system
Excellent time management skills
Good attention to detail with the ability to identify anomalies in assigned work
