Overview

Skanska, one of the world's leading project development and construction groups, is an inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society. We are looking for a Contract Manager to join our team in London.

Working as a Contract Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that our delivery performance is in line with contract obligations and Building Services business processes. These services must be delivered to budget expectation or better and with high levels of customer satisfaction.

What you'll do
  • Manage all Building Services directly employed staff to ensure that their performance meets the agreed and acceptable standards for the service delivery
  • Manage agreed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring best use of all resources to ensure targets are met
  • Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on site
  • Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site
  • Responsible for managing the site P&L account to agreed margins
  • Recruitment of any new staff required on site, whether temporary or full-time staff to ensure site is adequately resourced for service delivery
What you'll bring to the role
  • Must have 5 years' experience delivering a Hard Services FM contract
  • Experience in business development
  • Management qualification
  • Experience of managing large commercial sites with values in excess of £1.5m p.a.
  • Management experience of service delivery in high profile offices
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload
