Job Description

Role: Contracts Manager
Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
Location: Hybrid - remote with travel twice per week

We're looking for an organised and commercially minded Contracts Manager to join a growing tech business that supports the healthcare sector. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in the office in Lincolnshire at least two days a week, so you'll need to be within a reasonable commute.

You'll be the go-to person for anything contract-related - making sure agreements with clients are clear, compliant, and work well for both sides. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Reviewing and negotiating customer contracts
  • Acting as the main contact for contract-related queries from internal teams and external clients
  • Keeping everything on track through the full contract life cycle
  • Helping improve processes and reduce risk

Skills:

  • Legal qualification or proven contract management experience, ideally in a tech or software setting
  • Experience in negotiation, drafting contracts and risk management
  • Knowledge of SaaS, data protection, and IP (or a willingness to learn)
  • Excellent English and Numeracy skills
  • Confident negotiating and communicating with different teams
  • Can manage your own workload and meet deadlines
  • Great attention to detail

Benefits:

You'll be joining a supportive company where personal development is encouraged. Alongside a competitive salary, you'll get:

  • Hybrid working with flexibility
  • Time set aside each week for personal development
  • Private healthcare, pension, and other benefits
  • Extra days off for your birthday and volunteering
  • Regular team socials and company events

If you're keen to take on a hands-on contracts role and develop your skills in a supportive tech setting, we'd love to hear from you.
