An opportunity has arisen in North London for an experienced Highways Contracts Manager to work on a long-term contract basis within North West London

As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate extensive highways term maintenance contract experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring estimates are produced in line with the contract and all works are final accounted accurately, efficiently and in line with the Schedule of Rates.
• Assessing and responding to compensation event notices under NEC3 contract
• Management and procurement of contracts
• Management and programming of highways inspections and reactive works, including individuals undertaking the work
• Agreeing final accounts for works including schemes and reactive highways works
• Budget management and monitoring
• Monitoring of contractor performance against agreed KPI's
• Responding to all contract communication in a timely manner
