Why this role mattersThis role is vital to maintaining accurate and effective contract records that support the wider team and enhance service delivery. You'll play a key part in ensuring data quality, supporting contract renewals, managing supplier queries and in providing administrative support across the business. It's a varied role with plenty of opportunity to learn new skills and make a meaningful contribution.
What you'll be doing• Maintain accurate and comprehensive contract data.
• Manage multiple inboxes and prioritise incoming work.
• Investigate and report on opportunities for credit recovery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Accurately use the contract management system (OPTIMiSe).
• Respond to internal and external data/reporting requests promptly.
• Support Contract Managers in supplier and client meetings.
• Manage supplier and customer queries effectively.
• Maintain supporting databases such as SRM with accurate information.
• Highlight risks and opportunities that could affect service delivery.
• Previous experience handling multiple inboxes and large volumes of work.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Confidence to use your initiative, prioritise tasks, and manage deadlines.
• Competency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• A team player who is adaptable, self-motivated, and solution-focused.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
- Salary of £24,309.07 per annum
