Job Description

Nuaire, part of Genuit Group, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to lead the site CI initiatives in Caerphilly. You will champion the Genuit Business System (GBS) and work with operations to embed lean practices across manufacturing and support functions.

The role requires strong data analytics, storytelling with data, and capability to train teams on standard CI tools and problem-solving techniques.
