Role Overview

The CI & Process Lead is accountable for driving operational excellence, efficiency, and process stability across the business. This role owns the Continuous Improvement and Process agenda, ensuring waste is reduced, margins are protected, processes are robust, compliant, and scalable, and teams are trained to work consistently and effectively.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands on operational delivery, acting as the bridge between business objectives and day to day execution. The CI & Process Lead works closely with operational and functional leaders to stabilise performance, resolve issues, and embed a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • 40 hours (start & finish time to agree)
  • Salary - negotiable (depending on experience)
