Job Description
Cardiff Council is seeking an experienced SAFE Hub Coordinator to lead the coordination, development, and delivery of multi-agency safeguarding for children and young people in Cardiff.
Working within the Contextual Saf safeguarding framework, you will strengthen referral pathways, oversee the SAFE Virtual Hub, and collaborate with partners across the Local Authority to drive safer communities.
