Contested Probate Solicitor - 1-3yrs PQE

My Client is seeking a 1-3yr PQE Contested Probate Solicitor to join the team.

The team deals with Estate Disputes such as Executor disputes and disputes over personal possessions etc as well as Trust disputes such as Trustee Removals. The team acts for high net worth individuals, trustees, beneficiaries and family offices.

You will deliver advice on a wide range of UK and cross-border issues including estates and probate, contentious trusts, and vulnerable client disputes.

If you have 1-3 years PQE and solid experience advising on contentious private client matters and are looking for a new opportunity in a highly regarded Private Client team, then this could be the role for you. They offer a highly competitive salary as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
