Contentious Probate Solicitor

Overview

We are seeking a NQ solicitor to join our Contentious Probate Team based at our Shrewsbury office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to develop their career with a supportive and forward-thinking firm, under the supervision of a highly experienced contentious probate specialist.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse but dedicated caseload of contentious probate matters, including claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
• Involve probate disputes and applications to remove executors and trustees.

Qualifications and attributes

• Newly qualified solicitor (NQ).
• Good communication skills and a strong client service ethic.
• Keen to take a proactive approach to business development.
