Our client is seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to join its well-established and highly regarded private client team.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of high-quality contentious probate matters, including disputes between beneficiaries, executors and trustees
• Advise on the administration of estates and trusts
• Work closely with leading solicitors in a collaborative and supportive team environment
• Supervise and mentor junior members of the team
• Contribute to business development, networking and the continued growth of the department

About You

• Qualified solicitor with 10+ years' PQE in contentious probate
• Strong client care skills with a professional and empathetic approach
• Confident communicator, comfortable building relationships and developing new business
• ACTAPS qualification desirable but not essential
• Local market knowledge and an existing following would be advantageous
