• Committed to providing excellent client service, this reputable regional practice is seeking an experienced contentious probate solicitor to start immediately.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 Years PQE in contested probate and Court of Protection matters.
2. Responsible for a varied caseload of contentious probate and Court of Protection cases.
3. Knowledge of Court of Protection proceedings and Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 is advantageous.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and team player.
