The role offers autonomy to shape strategy, develop client and referrer relationships, and work across Birmingham, the West Midlands and the wider region.

You will bring at least 8 years PQE in contentious probate, a proven track record in high-value disputes, and a commercial, entrepreneurial approach to practice development.
