Content Strategist - best-in-class production agency
Posted 17 hours 27 minutes ago by Fabric
I am keen to speak to talented people in the content strategy space who are available to start imminently.
I am working with an agency that has spent 15 years at the forefront of best-in-class production. It has brought decades of TV experience to the digital world, understanding how to optimise for different platforms and different audiences. It is looking for a Content Strategist to help elevate its planning capabilities: developing and leading content strategies for its portfolio that drive brand and business growth for clients.
This is a very flexible brief and much will depend on the level of the person they hire. As a guide, they will consider anyone within a £60-100k bracket. For those at the lower end it's most likely this will be something like a full-time, three month contract initially. The further up that scale you go, the amount of time per week is likely to reduce. With projects ready to work on immediately, this is essentially a chance to do a proof of concept phase, with scope for the role to extend, maybe even go perm, thereafter.
As a team they've enjoyed great success, retaining an impressive roster of national and international brands, a number of whom sit in the food, drink & travel space. That has meant being fairly production-led to date, and the reason for bringing in this hire is to add a core strategy layer to their offering, pushing beyond the 'doing', the 'making', the filming, etc.
Someone adept at the planning phase up front, able to articulate the role of content and how to link it to brand and business performance. Someone data-driven, with experience analysing content performance metrics and platform insights to inform strategic recommendations.
Whilst experience in the food, drink & travel sectors would of course be welcomed, it isn't essential. Broader lifestyle brand experience is absolutely fine.
The office is in central London and whilst there will be some flex around working remotely you will be required to spend a decent amount of your time in-person with this tight-knit team.
