Content Growth & Performance Analytics Lead

Spotlight Sports Group seeks a Senior Content Performance Analyst to own performance analysis for the Racing Post newsroom. You will turn audience and subscription data into decisions editors act on, working in the Data Intelligence Unit and alongside the content department.

You will answer questions that matter to a subscription business-driving acquisition, habit formation and churn reduction-while collaborating with editors and desk leaders to apply insights in day-to-day decisions.
