About the role

You'll work across the full content lifecycle, from discovery and research through to design, testing and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role where you'll design content for digital and offline channels, ensuring it meets user needs while supporting organisational goals.

Working in agile, multidisciplinary teams, you'll collaborate with designers, developers and stakeholders to shape services and improve end-to-end user experiences. You'll also help influence how content is created across the organisation, contributing to best practice and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

  • Work across the full content lifecycle, from research to publishing and review
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape services and user journeys
  • Use data, research and insights to inform content decisions
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and guide content approval processes
  • Run co-design sessions and support collaborative working
  • Ensure content meets accessibility standards and best practice
  • Contribute to content audits, planning and community activities

What we're looking for

  • Experience designing and delivering user-focused content for digital services

  • Experience working with content management systems and basic HTML
  • Confident working in agile environments and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to use data, research and evidence to shape decisions
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain and influence clearly
  • Experience managing stakeholders and balancing competing user needs
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable managing your own workload
  • Passion for improving services and contributing to best practice
