Our client is a French-founded startup based in Barcelona, helping digital creators transform their ideas into beautifully produced physical books. With a presence in France, Spain, and a newly launched UK market, they're scaling fast and looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join their high-performing team.

Main Responsibilities:


Drive Creator Acquisition via Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage influencers and creators - primarily via Instagram and email - with strategic outreach.

Present a Unique Publishing Model: Communicate the value of a self-managed book publishing process where creators focus on promotion while all logistics are handled by the company.

Lead from First Contact to Deal Closure: Own the full sales funnel: prospecting, first meetings, showcasing value, and closing contracts.

Facilitate Kick-Off & Onboarding Sessions: Once a deal is closed, lead collaborative meetings with creators to define book titles, publishing formats, pricing strategies, and timelines.

Maintain Ongoing Client Relationships: Stay on as the main point of contact throughout the publishing process, supporting creators and ensuring their experience is smooth and rewarding.

Collaborate Internally Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and production teams to bring each book project to life with excellence.



Core Skills/Experience:


Digitally Curious & Creator-Economy Aware: You're up to date with trends on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and love the idea of working with creators across niches like art, food, fashion, business, or wellness. A passion for media, publishing, or editorial projects will really set you apart!

Sales Experience in Creative or Startup Environments: Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or within the creator economy is a big plus, but not a must-have.

Strong Communication & Writing Skills: You know how to craft compelling outreach messages and build trust quickly through clear, engaging conversations.

Highly Organized & Target-Oriented: You thrive in dynamic environments, know how to prioritize tasks, and are motivated by hitting and exceeding your targets.
