Content Creator

The role

Reporting to the Head of E-commerce, you'll create and schedule organic content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and deliver email campaigns through Klaviyo. Your content will grow our audience and drive repeat purchases without paid support, and you'll own the content calendar so everything lands in step with our campaigns, launches and promotions.

What you'll do

• Create engaging organic content using photography, video, graphics and animation that showcases our products and brands
• Plan, build and send Klaviyo email campaigns and newsletters, including copy, templates and support for automated flows
• Own the social and email content calendar, planning ahead for product launches, seasonal peaks and promotions
• Manage our brand presence and community, responding to comments and messages to build loyalty
• Optimise content for each platform through SEO, hashtag research and an understanding of how the algorithms work
• Work with the Marketing Manager, e-commerce team, agencies and influencers to keep messaging consistent
• Track content performance and turn the data into recommendations

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience creating organic content, with a portfolio to show us
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar email platform
• Experience running a content calendar using scheduling tools
• Reptile and live food knowledge
• A good understanding of SEO
• Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage your own workload
• Confident communicator who works well independently and as part of a team
