We have an exciting opportunity for a Content Consultant (Marketing) to join our Customer Experience team for a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months, working out of our Darlington office (hybrid working).

The roleThe role will involve supporting the day-to-day creation of high-quality, member-focused content for print and digital platforms. You will work collaboratively with teams throughout the business, using data and insights to create and maintain content, and help identify gaps and opportunities to improve members' experiences.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
The personIdeally, you will have experience of working in a busy, collaborative communications environment, writing easy-to-understand, accurate and engaging content. Experience of working with content management systems and other communications tools or platforms is also desirable.
You should be customer-focused with a commitment to quality and accuracy, have excellent organisation and writing skills, and be aware of best practice in content and communications. You will be proactive, able to get up to speed quickly with complex work and flexibly adapt to changing priorities or deadlines.
