We're recruiting Warehouse Container Operatives to join our client's busy warehouse team. This is a physically demanding role involving unloading shipping containers, inspecting stock, and preparing goods for storage. As a Warehouse Container Operative, your duties will include:

• Handballing stock from shipping containers into the warehouse
• Inspecting products for any damage or defects during unloading
• Reporting damaged or missing items to the warehouse supervisor
• Sorting, stacking and storing goods safely within the warehouse
• Following all manual handling procedures and health & safety guidelines
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

Hourly Rate: £12.71 p/h £540 per week
Overtime and Bank Holidays paid at time and half.
28 days annual leave pro rata weekly pay.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:00 9 hour shifts 30 Min breaks 42.5 Hours per week paid

Closing Date: 2026-07-16

Experience & Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.

• Physically fit and capable of repetitive heavy lifting throughout the shift
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Able to work efficiently as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail when checking stock for damage
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
