Container Operative

09:00-13:00 • Part Time • Ongoing Work

My client is a well established textile manufacturer based in Cheetham Hill, supplying a wide range of textile products across the UK. They are now looking to recruit reliable Container Operatives to support their busy warehouse team.

• Loading and unloading shipping containers safely and efficiently
• Handling a wide variety of textile products
• Preparing goods for dispatch and assisting with general warehouse tasks
• Ensuring correct stacking, placement and movement of products
• Following site health & safety procedures at all times
• Supporting the warehouse team with manual labour duties as required

• Monday to Friday
• 09:00 - 13:00 (4 hours per day)
• Additional hours may be available depending on workload

• Previous experience loading and unloading containers is essential
• Good levels of communication and ability to follow instructions
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast paced environment
