Contact Centre Advisor

Job Description: Siamo Recruitment is recruiting for a Contact Centre Advisor to join a well established private healthcare company based in Denbighshire. The roles available are on a temporary permanent basis.

The Contact Centre Advisor is responsible for taking incoming calls and arranging patient appointments, both via email and telephone.

Location: Denbighshire

Pay: £12.71 per hour (first 12 weeks)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm (Flexible)

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking incoming calls.
• Liaising with patients and hospitals to book appointments.
• Providing a five star customer experience.

What we are looking for:

• Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
