Job Description

ARAG UK Group is expanding and is seeking a Contact Centre Advisor to join our customer focused team, supporting our commitment to access to justice.

Based in our Bristol office, just a short walk from Cabot Circus with excellent transport links, you will be working from bright, modern offices alongside experienced and supportive colleagues. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career with a leading provider of insurance and legal services.

In this telephone based role, you'll be a first point of contact for policyholders and business partners, managing calls and emails with empathy, clarity and professionalism. You will provide guidance, reassurance and accurate information, while working closely with colleagues across our claims, law and legal advice teams to support positive customer outcomes.

This role plays a vital part in the smooth running of our claims and legal services. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in delivering great customer service and is keen to develop new skills. From day one, you'll be supported with a structured training programme, ongoing coaching and support to build a long term career within ARAG.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is keen to build a career in a customer focused environment and is motivated by delivering positive outcomes for customers. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, with a clear and confident telephone manner and strong active listening ability. You will be comfortable communicating at all levels, building effective relationships with customers, business partners and colleagues, while working collaboratively as part of a team and confidently on your own when required.

This role would suit someone who can demonstrate the above as well as the following:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring information is captured and recorded correctly
  • Confident using computer systems and programmes in a fast paced environment
