Your tasks
  • Bring our global brand and communication platform to life across paid, earned, shared and owned media to deliver E.ON's salience and brand love objectives
  • Create and deliver integrated and innovative activations like brand partnerships, experiences, pr stunts and branded content that are based on consumer insights, are engaging, drive our brand and commercial KPIs in the mid and longer term
  • Help to drive marketing transformation in partnership with our markets through fully integrated programs across multiple consumer touchpoints, pushing marketing at E.ON to the next level
  • Leverage our experts, partners and suppliers to keep innovating to maximise impact of marketing across our international markets
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams and international markets (e.g. Marketing Communication, Brand Marketing, Consumer Research & Insights) and inspire others at all levels in the organisation to drive excellence
  • Support the regional teams to implement their marketing plans by delivering key activations and sharing best practices
  • Brief and steer multiple agencies (pr, experiential, digital)
  • Define KPIs and measure success - both at a brand and commercial level to support joint success
Your profile
  • Academic degree in marketing, communication or related subjects
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar Consumer Marketing role (energy sector not mandatory)
  • Extensive Experience across various consumer touchpoints like brand partnerships, pr, digital communications, social media, content, experiential
  • Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders in a matrix organisation with commercial, brand and marketing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and experience in organizing and coordinating cross country teams or similar growth platforms
  • Self-starer with a creative mindset and proactive hands-on mentality
  • Enthusiasm for our products and solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; German is a plus
