About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Consulting Application Engineer to define, implement, and maintain integrations in the ERP space. This individual will play a critical role in designing reliable, secure, and scalable integrations across on-prem and cloud-based platforms, while ensuring alignment with both technical standards and business goals.
You'll collaborate across teams-business, technical, and external partners-to create efficient data flow and connectivity between systems.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and define integration strategies for ERP and adjacent systems.
- Lead integration efforts across business processes, tech stacks, and data pipelines.
- Ensure seamless integration of cloud and on-prem systems using tools like Infor ION, IPA, MuleSoft, or Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Collaborate with internal teams, project managers, and vendors to meet delivery milestones.
- Write technical documentation for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot integration issues; support QA/testing cycles.
- Oversee implementation from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with InfoSec, DevOps, and networking teams for compliance and performance.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Must-Have Experience:
- 7+ years in integration analysis (ERP-focused)
- Proven hands-on expertise with Infor ION/IPA, or similar (MuleSoft, Oracle, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Background in healthcare systems
- At least B2 level of English
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, R, Perl) for data handling
