Job SummaryTo work as a liaison between our Consultancy Partners or Intermediaries with consultative type risks (involving Service Risk Account Managers when necessary) and the Operations Department providing technical expertise & support in order to promote sales, retain business and maintain relationships.
What you'll do- Be both proactive and reactive in working with Consultancy Partners or Intermediaries with consultative type risks acting as key escalation point to enhance the sales and the retention of business by supporting the processing of complex administration & the resolution of technical enquiries.
- Train staff on products, processes and systems, to ensure ongoing competency within the Operations Department.
- Work with the Scheme Underwriting Team and specialists to build and maintain an excellent relationship with our Consultancy partners.
- Maintain close contact with the market in order to remain fully conversant with all aspects of market practice relating to Group Insurance business, therefore helping to maintain our competitive position.
- Provide support and advice on products and procedures to both internal and external customers to ensure that policy terms, legislative requirements and departmental practice are adhered to.
