Construction Site Café Manager - Lead On Site Canteen

Compass Group UK&I on-site at the HS2 Curzon Street construction site in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead day-to-day catering operations and deliver a high standard of service.

The role involves managing a small team, ensuring food safety, budgeting, and driving efficiency in a busy site canteen. Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm with no evenings or weekends. You will provide hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment and oversee stock, ordering and customer satisfaction.
