Job Description

Pulse Security Company is seeking a reliable and professional Construction Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our construction site in The Ward, Co. Dublin. The successful candidate will monitor the site, manage access, prevent unauthorized entry, and respond promptly to any incidents, ensuring compliance with company and site security policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the construction site
• Conduct regular patrols of the site and surrounding areas
• Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
• Check identification of staff, contractors, and visitors
• Maintain accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Liaise with site management and emergency services when required
• Ensure compliance with company and site security procedures

Requirements

• Valid PSA Security Licence (mandatory)
• Safe Pass Certificate (mandatory)
• Construction site security experience (preferred)
• Patrolling and surveillance skills
• Access control management
• Incident reporting and documentation
• Emergency response and problem-solving
• Strong observation and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Health & Safety awareness
• Minimum 2 year experience in security preferred
• Experience in construction site security is a plus
• Flexible to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays
