Construction Projects Manager

Back 4 Good working closely with the Construction Industry Federation are sourcing a number of Construction professionals .

One such role availability is for a Construction Project Manager working on projects in the range of €5 to €15 million

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the management of Sub-Contractors packages as part of the project team which will include areas of fit out structural steel formwork block work ,roofing and glazing packages .
• Organise and lead regular site progress meetings with sub -contractors and design teams to monitor progress and record and update detailed progress reports .
• Oversee the relevant site managers driving the onsite delivery and maintain a continuous focus on Health & Safety .
• Manage the day to day operations of the complete project from start to handover .
• Assist in the procurement and management of all project supply chain members .

Qualifications

• You will require an Engineering/Construction Management/Project Management Degree .
• Minimum of 5 years experience in residential/commercial/mixed development .
• Thorough Knowledge of computer and database applications such a Windows,Excel,Access,PowerPoint,.
• Ability to communicate well and demonstrate an in depth knowledge of construction practices trades and techniques.
• A proven track record of delivering projects on time and in budget .
