Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to work on a Datacentre Project in Drogheda. The successful Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the CSA packages and contribute to the successful completion of this large scale project for a blue chip client.

Responsibilities

• Full accountability for project delivery from start to finish.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including specification development, procurement, design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate with the design team, subcontractors, utility providers, adjoining property owners, and local authorities to ensure seamless project progress.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as commercial, finance, and technical departments to meet project milestones and financial targets.
• Oversee the full snagging, de snagging, and lock up protocols are completed for all internal fit out works through to final build completion.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in a relevant field.
• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager on large building projects in Ireland or the UK, preferably with a top contractor.
• Datacentre Project Management Experience required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK.
