Renovation Project Manager

Location: Lisburn HQ (Mon-Thurs) Fridays: Remote
Contract: Full-time, Mon-Fri
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We're looking for a skilled Project Manager with construction experience to join NI Property Girl. You'll be in charge of running multiple residential renovation projects at once.

You'll work closely with our in-house team and trusted trades to ensure each job runs on time, on budget, and to the standard our clients expect.

This isn't site-based day-to-day. It's about managing timelines, budgets, people and progress. We're after someone calm under pressure, clear in communication, and strong on follow-through.

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing multiple renovations from start to finish
Managing budgets, materials, and timelines across all active sites
Scheduling and coordinating trades and contractors
Problem-solving on the go - keeping jobs moving without drama
Quality checking completed works against scope and finish standards
Reporting weekly on progress, costs, and any risks
Managing snag lists and ensuring handovers run smoothly

You'll be based at our Lisburn HQ:

Monday to Thursday: Office-based with regular site visits
Fridays: On-call from home

What we're looking for:

Proven experience managing construction or property renovation projects
Confident working on multiple jobs at once
Comfortable managing budgets up to £100k
Strong communication and planning skills - both with trades and internally
Able to take ownership and work proactively with minimal supervision
Practical, realistic, and solutions-focused
PRINCE or NEC qualifications
