Construction Project Manager - Tender & Delivery

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to generate and deliver a range of project work on customer sites, with full accountability for management and delivery.

You will liaise with stakeholders to capture requirements, define scope with developers and subcontractors, and manage budgets and tender analyses to meet business case and margins.

Adherence to CDM processes and CBRE QHSE practices is essential, with end-to-end oversight of day-to-day project operations on site in Ireland.
