Construction Offloading Team Lead Site Safety

MCG Construction is looking for a hands-on Team Leader to manage the off-loading of kitchens, appliances, and materials on construction sites in Swindon. You will be responsible for planning workloads, supervising teams, and ensuring safety during unloading operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong organisation skills, a construction background, and a proactive approach to safety. A CSCS Card and personal transportation are required for this role.
