Job Description

Job Description- Supervise and manage construction activities for property projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare progress reports and update senior management as required.
- Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Oversee procurement processes and ensure materials meet project specifications.
A successful Construction Manager/Supervisor should have:
- Proven experience in managing construction projects within the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of property development and construction processes.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- A relevant qualification in construction, engineering, or a related field.

- Competitive daily rate of approximately £400, depending on experience.
