Job Description
  • Supervise and manage construction activities for property projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Prepare progress reports and update senior management as required.
  • Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Oversee procurement processes and ensure materials meet project specifications.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Manager/Supervisor should have:

  • Proven experience in managing construction projects within the public sector.
