Construction Manager (Major Projects)

Our client, a FTSE 100 construction company, with an extensive portfolio of contracts across housing and education, require a Construction Manager tobe a part of a £ 1 billion mega project.

A FTSE 100 Construction company with an international brand and presence for high quality work within the housing andcommercial sectors.

• The Construction Manager will beoverseeing a range of housing andcommercial contracts in Londonwith a value of circa £1 billion.
• With responsibility they will ensure that all contracts are completed on time and to budget.
• The Construction Manager will also identify opportunities for further business growth in the midlands from bid stage to completeion.
• They will also oversee circa 50 members of staff.

The Construction Manager will possess at least five years experience in a similar role working for a main contractor. Experience of delivering housingnew buildprojects is a must have alongside other types of contracts in commercial and residential
